RETURNS POLICY
Here at La Moda Boutique we want to ensure that you love your pieces. If you change your mind we'll happily accept your returns.
Please keep in mind that we DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size selection. We instead issue a store credit that can be used both online and in store. Please refer to the Australian Consumer Law for more information.
Credits are valid for 12 months after issued however if for any reason you haven't found a piece you love or have simply forgotten (we all do it) please reach out to our team at lamodaboutique022@gmail.com and we will extend it for you.
Please note we DO NOT offer any returns on sale items. 
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
In order for us to accept your return items need to meet the following requirements. La Moda Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return of an item we believe is not in the original condition of when it was shipped. Any items that do not meet these requirements will be returned at the customers expense.
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of the order being placed. We suggest that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can meet this timeframe.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. Unworn, unaltered, unwashed, no stains, no makeup, no odours/scents, no damage and ALL tags must be attached.
  • Due to hygiene reasons all earring sales are final and can not be returned for change of mind. 

HOW TO RETURN

Please contact us at hello@lamodaboutique.com.au to organise a return via post. Please note that any shipping fees associated with returns for change of mind, incorrect purchase ect must be covered by the customer.
Alternatively you can return your items in the above condition in person to any of our physical La Moda Boutique Stores and we will be happy to assist.
