SHIPPING INFORMATION

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to Australian addresses only. If you are outside of Australia and want to place an order our team will do our best to help. Please email us at lamodaboutique022@gmail.com
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all orders. These packages are sent via standard post. We do have an express post option in which we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $16. 
We offer free shipping for any orders over $150!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
We aim to get your packages to you as quickly as possible. We aim for next day dispatch but as we are a small business when we receive a large influx of orders this is sometimes not possible.
We use our trusted handlers at Australia Post. They only operate Monday - Friday so for any orders placed late Friday afternoon or over the weekend your orders won't be shipped out until the following Monday. 
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Our orders are dispatched from North Lakes, QLD, 4509. Depending on your location standard shipping can take anywhere between 1 - 7 business days. Express post parcels can take anywhere between 1 - 3 days.

Please note, due to the current Covid 19 Australia Post are experiencing delays with delivery. This is out of our control. Thank you for understanding. 
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been processed. In this email you will receive a link to your package tracking through Australia Post. Sometimes this email can bounce into your junk folder so don't forget to check there. If for any reason you don't receive your shipping confirmation please contact us at lamodaboutique022@gmail.com
ISSUES WITH DELIVERY
Please get in contact with us if you notice any issues with your parcel delivery so that we are able to help you and ensure you get your package with ease. Please know that La Moda Boutique takes no responsibility for orders that have been returned to sender due to incorrect information provided. 
If your package has been returned we are able to resend it at the buyers discretion. We do not refund shipping if it was returned due to incorrect information or reasons outside of our control.
